Canine Behavioral Development's Behavior and Training Retreat offers clients the opportunity to leave their dog with Kevin for a period of time to receive daily behavioral and training work.

All dogs and dog challenges welcome. Regular email, phone or text updates provided to clients.

Pick up and drop off available. Now covering all of California!

The opportunity to have your dog spend their days with Kevin is an excellent opportunity to help them develop emotional maturity and move away from, fear, aggression and antisocial behavior and develop core obedience, manners and social etiquette.

All dog problems solved. Our Behavior Retreat is NOT a bootcamp. Your dog will have the luxury of living with Kevin and receive daily top notch Behavioral and Training - it is truly a home away from home experience!

Retreat term varies from 5-60 days depending on the work required. Short notice and prompt pick up available.

Asher is a 1.5 year old Sherpherd/Husky mix (black & white). Asher arrived at the Behavior Retreat to work on severe dog aggression. He is an awesome dog and has made great progress at the Behavior Retreat!

4-month-old male pitbull Mondello was brought to the Behavior Retreat to work on everything. He was displaying aggression, jumping, barking and was in need of socialization and displayed an absence of core obedience. He has come a long way and is on the fast track to success!

1yr. old Boxer Jamba was sent to our Behavior Retreat for core obedience work. He was a joy to work with and had quite the personality!. He and Arno got along like a couple of long lost friends!
Fynn the St. Bernard was sent to me to work on human food aggression. He was fine with dog food! Give him a slice of pizza and ..... A little fine tuning served him well!
2yr old Danny was sent over to me to work on a host of behaviors ranging from core obedience to socialization. He has quite the personality and has made great strides!
Kali was sent to us to work on core socialization, which at times manifested as subtle aggression. She 's a great dog with much potential!
